Set up MHScot Workplace Wellbeing CIC which is Scotland’s first Social Enterprise focusing solely on stress prevention and early mental health intervention in the workplace. Provides training and consultancy services to all sectors.

Before this, worked and continues to volunteer in the third sector in a variety of roles, most recently for Action on Depression managing volunteer led projects.

Developed the UK’s first Mental Health Information site in 1998
